Hard Rock International Announces Exciting Development Plans for REVERB by Hard Rock® in Pensacola

In a significant move for the hospitality and music industries, Hard Rock International has unveiled plans to develop a new hotel brand, REVERB by Hard Rock®, in Pensacola, Florida. Set to break ground in 2026 and open its doors in 2029, this innovative hotel aims to serve as a vibrant cultural hub for music lovers, locals, and travelers alike. This announcement marks the sixth addition to the REVERB portfolio, joining existing properties in cities such as Atlanta and Hamburg, with more locations in Kalamazoo, Tampa, and Scottsdale on the horizon.

A Unique Concept for Music Enthusiasts

REVERB by Hard Rock® is designed with the modern music lover in mind. The hotel will feature over 125 technology-enhanced rooms, a full-service restaurant, a rooftop bar, a lobby bar and lounge, a quick-service restaurant, and a fitness center. One of the standout features will be the exclusive REVERB City Guide for Pensacola, which will showcase local artist-curated recommendations for drinks, dining, and entertainment. This focus on local culture aims to create an immersive experience for guests, allowing them to connect with the vibrant music scene of Pensacola.

Moreover, the property will include a podcast recording studio, providing a platform for local talent and creators to share their voices. A dedicated meeting space will also be available for conferences and events, further establishing REVERB as a community-centric venue.

Prime Location with Scenic Views

Strategically located at Maritime Park along Pensacola Bay, the hotel will offer stunning views of the water that connects to the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the nearby Blue Wahoos Stadium. This prime location ensures easy access to Pensacola’s beautiful beaches, the National Naval Aviation Museum, and the Pensacola Museum of Art, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers.

The development will be built on a 100-year ground lease with the city of Pensacola, which is set to be voted on by the City Council on August 8, 2024. The project is expected to provide a significant economic boost to the area, creating over 500 construction jobs and more than 75 permanent hospitality positions with competitive pay.
